Missed out on that one :frowning2:
will wait for next discount...

You may want to go and look again. I just went to Best Buy, created an account, and was able to purchase Tidal for $99.

Will try tonight. I have a $10 BestBuy GC, so hopefully can get it for a $89 out of pocket...

It's normally $120/year, but discounted to $100/year if you sign in or create a bestbuy.com account.

You can only use the one-year subscription with a new or inactive Tidal account. If you want to use your currently active account, cancel it and when it becomes inactive you can apply the one-year subscription to it (I did this. Favorites and playlists are retained).

Between the Samsung and Lexar I posted, the Samsung is the best bet for general electronics (DAPs, video game systems, point-and-shoots, etc.) and Lexars for dSLR gamers and mirrorless cameras, as the V30 A1/A2 system is still new.

the Lexar Professional 633x Class 10 U3 V30 A2 (best for raw files) 512GB micro as card is $70 here:

https://www.amazon.com/Lexar-High-Performance-512GB-microSDXC-UHS-I/dp/B07KBQQ82D/
I'd definately take the lexar over the samsung, it has faster random read and write speed performance on the table which makes the card more future proof and nice for if you decide to use it for things other than just storage of audio, like if you decide to use it in a 4k@60fps video camera. As for data transfer speeds or sustained read/write speeds, should be no difference really between the samsung and lexar as both are U3 certified, and pretty comparable, etc.

Also i'd pay the bit extra for the Sold by "amazon.com" listing in the other sellers section @ $72. Better for peace of mind and not get scammed with a bootleg as the $69 listing is provided/sold by a 3rd party (it's only shipped by amazon but not sold by amazon).

I recently signed up to tidal hifi for $3 a month for 3 months using a Facebook offer:
https://try.tidal.com/offer/

Ugh, there's the usual game of Tidal requiring a new email address. I wonder how many million of gmail accounts have been created just to take advantage of Tidal trials. Their service isn't good enough, and their customer support is bad enough, that it's not worth actually subscribing to their service.
