I believe you are correct. And they are not to be confused with https://www.headphone.com/ which is also excellent, but has been around for years.
It has already confused. The Headphone.com and Headphones.com are run by the same people: Andrew and Taron Lissimore. The Old Headphone.com domain was sold to them, so it is not the one that was around for years. I do not know if there are differences, but they are not the same as the old amp manufacturer based in Montana.

Not correct. These are the JBL Elite Everest 700 noise canceling with 4.0 Bt.A warning on these, these are just the regular 700, which are not noise-cancelling. It’s the 700 Elite which have noise-cancelling.

I stand corrected Ggrochi i edited my post. Thanks for clearing this up. I'm pretty sure I would not use the NC option anyway. I like to hear my surroundings anyway. Do you know if the apps eq still works on the Everest? ThanksYour link goes to the Non-noise reducing model...here it is on the regular Newegg site. This is the one on sale on Newegg flash.
Here is the noise reducing Elite version on the regular Newegg Site.
I made the same mistake on one of my earlier posts here. It was very confusing for JBL to put the same numerical model on 2 different headphones
On the newest generation they call them 750 and 750NC which I guess is a little better.

Thanks for the info greatly appreciated. Did you buy the 700 Elite primarily for the noise canceling or something else? Thank you for the link. From memory, the app only works for the Elite version, I’m afraid. It’s advertised on the box for the 700 Elite and 300 Elite and conspicuously absent for the non-Elite versions. I had the 300 Elite and that’s one reason I bought the Elite vs the regular 300.
