Trinity Audio has the MMCX balanced cable (Pono) on sale for 15 GBP - 3 GBP with code
HEADFIMEMBERS01 and free shipping to the US and probably elsewhere. So 12 GBP shipped with the lower Brexit GBP is a great deal for this cable. This cable was mentioned about a month back when Onkyo was having a headphone sale. I looked into purchasing this cable then, and I think it was going to be 45-60 USD, but at ~$15, it's a deal!
Onkyo, Shure, and Westone use MMCX cables, though I don't know if they are all compatible with this cable.

I need some deal assistance. A pair of closed cans with a 1/4" jack. Reference monitor in style. For plugging into a guitar amp. $50-$100 budget. Deal thread to the rescue...
I would say the nvx xpt100. It's an amazing set of headphones, extremely comfortable, nice sound, and like the ATH-50x, the presence is not forward. The sounds are there, you can pick them out and concentrate on different subtleties rather than having everything be in your face. The below link has them for $100, but they have been on sale for close to $60.
The sonicectronix price ($99.99 to be precise) includes free shipping and a free set of Beyerdynamic DTX 350 p. I do not have the nvx xpt100, so I cannot comment on their sound. The DTX 350 p made InnerFidelity Wall of Fame (in their "m" version, which has a microphone). I am listening to them as I type this. They are not "reference monitor in style," but they sound good for a highly portable, highly isolating, closed on-ear with a bass tilt.

I don't have this specific cable but my Aurisonics Harmony and my JVC HA-FX850 both take every mmcx cable I have tried with them so far. Chances this cable works with both of them is very high.
I've read good things about these, the Sennheisers PX95. There's a well-rated UK seller on eBay selling these new for 20 pounds pre shipping, which from my limited research is a good price: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sennheiser-PX-95-Rich-Clarity-Mini-Headphones-NEW-/272315935086
Also Beyerdynamic T1 2nd Gen for ~$790 shipped to the US via Amazon France. Funny how you can so easily find prices lower than used by just exploring Amazon
Hmm, I seem to be missing something.....how did you come to a price of USD 467.29? I just checked and the price is GBP 399 = USD 523.39. I am definitely in if I can find it at the price you quote!!

Just put int in your cart -it has been mentioned before. In Europe all prices include sales tax - the price you see is the price you will pay. HOWEVER as someone form outside the european union you do not have to pay sales tax or as we call it value added tax (VAT) - so this its removed before you pay. VAT in UK is 20% - deduct that - add shipping and voila you reach that price. Just go through the order process - and once you have entered your address etc. before actually placing the order - you will see the corrected price without tax.
Cheers.
EDIT: there is always the risk that you might need to pay import duties though in your home country. But that seems to be not happening very often.
