Thanks again for the tip. All I can say is I got an outrageously good deal in the price match. As luck would have it, I found an authorized Australian dealer that is selling the HD 700 for the lowest price, after currency conversion, I have ever seen. Sonic Electronix naturally met and even beat the price by a fair amount. I will be ordering it after Monday next week, after I take an intense exam. For now, I will be burying my head in books. This will come only after the pain and agony have subsided.

I'm thinking of getting these since my KEF M200 is too big and bulky for me. Need a comfortable, shallow-fitting earphone with great sound quality.
 
Is there any risk of getting fakes, or is it safe to buy from any of the sellers on Amazon? I don't think fakes of these exist, but though I'd check just to make sure.
