SonicEletronix is trying to make some waves, it seems!

lol I gave a pretty low-ball offer, but a price I have seen offered before and they hit me up with a price that is higher than what gets offered by their affiliate buysonic site. ymmv but just do your research when seeing if the deal is a deal. better than msrp of course, but who buys things at msrp around here? lol

Sonic matched New Egg's price for when I couldn't find any shop shipping Martin Logan Mikros 90 cans to Belgium. Was nice as New Egg doesn't ship to Europe

But this was more than a year ago YMMV

Honestly, I'd take advantage if there were anything I needed right now.  But I'm mostly dabbling in vintage DAC's at the moment and I'm set on headphones and amps until the Dharma and Liquid Carbon come out (respectively).  :-D

I got an email, yesterday, from sonicelectronix with the same "name your deal" offer. Sorry as I forgot to post it....

As for actually naming my own price, there really isn't anything I want/need, nowadays. I am curious, though...

$850 would be great for the hd800 and I believe many units would be sold at that price, won't happen though.

With the strong US dollar, and lots of new toys coming out, there are quite a number of New HD800 for sale for 1099-1199 dollars nowadays. And as a result, a lot of $800-$1000 used market HD800 for sale as well, some well used and some mint. You just have to be vigilant and look for one if you have the cash on hand :)

Yeah with the EUR/USD nearing parity I'm hoping to see some nice discounts on some European headphones in the coming months :)

Sorry forgot the link.

Purchased.  Been looking for a decent (and cheap) pair of ANC headphones.  Now I'm curious to see if it comes with all accessories (mainly the case).  Time will tell I guess...

Any of y'all find an E11 or whatever newer version they have of it (but same form factor), let me know!

Try bugging SonicElectronix for a deal?  I believe they carry Fiio...
