The Deals DISCUSSION Thread (READ THE FIRST POST!!!)

the permanent price drop happened early 2014 after the new models were announced. so a few months in between the first black friday sale price and the new permanent price drop.

from my experience with the way the headphone pricing works, you can easily get to $100-$200 off any pair of $300+ headphones if you are patient. You just need to follow group buy sites, flash sale sites, amazon via camelcamelcamel, razordogaudio, headroom, and this deals thread! I don't think I have ever paid full retail price for any of my headphones.

Thank you for bringing my attention to this magical CamelCamelCamel place.

+1.  One of the best deals I ever got was the V-Moda M80 clearance from Radio-Shack about a year ago.  They were around $200 at the time.  Got em for $40 with a $10 coupon which came to $30.  Heard about the deal through this thread (or a previous incarnation of it).

lol ya, more came back in stock. the white ones were gone really fast.

best deal I have ever seen was the HD800 at $800ish on amazon. not even black friday or gold box deal or anything special. Just random low price hahaha.

I remember the Koss ESP950 being around $550 a couple years back, that was the best deal I can remember. The bang for the buck there is completely off the charts.

Have you bought from the HD800 from them before? I read their customer service is quite poor, and a bit concern if their HD800 is genuine.

I've bought heaps of stuff from them, HD650, DX90, AD900 and some Camera gear. They are genuine and ship fast, that I know. When you say customer service do you mean warranty? Warranty will always be a pain in the ass for overseas purchases, most HK sellers are pretty similar in that regard. As for their customer service in regards to answering questions and emails is just fine.
