I could be wrong, but if you were gonna make knock-offs would you really do JVC? It's not the most popular brand out there, and the retail price on those isn't that high to begin with. I think if they were gonna spend the time producing fakes, you'd probably do something like Beats which is way more trendy and also higher priced. 
 
edit: the seller has a lot of good feedback and is selling a lot of other headphones w/out packaging. If you look through them they all look legit.

I have 2 pairs of these.  They perform identically.  You don't get a carry case, just the IEM's and ear-tips.  These take a LONG time to burn in.  Just a FYI there.  I got them in a little over a week with no customs charges or taxes...
