Headphone stand deal pweeze?

 
I doubt you'll ever find a "deal" on a headphone stand. A few years ago, there were really only one or two mass produced stand, one from Woo that was like $45-$50. But there's been a huge jump in the number of options and prices have come down quite a bit. 
 
I'd start here: Amazon link and then look through the related items. There's lots of stands at pretty good prices.
 
Or look on ebay, similar stands, similar prices.

This was actually used by a few head-fi'ers as a cheap alternative headphone stand. Just stand it up. Looks nice enough and it seemed (from the pictures I saw) to support the headphones really well.

Yep, I have one sat on my desk just beside me with the Sennheiser HD25 and the Superlux HD558B both hanging on it. Perfect.
 
My sister though I was mental when I asked her to bring me one back to the UK one time she visited (from Chicago) as you can't get them here

I've seen them at Home Depot. Think they were $10 a piece. YMMV
