I got my replacement E7 on Thursday.  The box wasn’t sealed otherwise it looks brand new and all the accessories are there.  It wouldn’t turn on – the display would light up then immediately say “Bye Bye” and turn off.  I used the reset a few times and that seemed to fix it.  It charges and continues to work when I unplug it from the USB.  Beyond that I haven’t had much chance to use it. 

Exact. EXACT same experience with my replacement received today. First one that came has dead battery, but functions with usb power.

While I agree it is a shaddy site and takes FOREVER to ship. That said, everything I have ordered from them came in working condition and did get to me eventually. Sometimes you just have to send them a bunch of emails requesting info on your order.

Now, that is a lot of hassle I understand, but it can be worth it if you are wanting to get a really good price on an item.

There is a reason why the price is dropping like mad. That market is just far too competitive for the Amperior to be in and product that replaced it is a much better solution. Had mine for a month before I decided to get rid of them.
