That's pretty nice. Too bad every camera/audio store in NYC closes at 1pm on Friday. I can't even call around to see if anyone will price match.

 
You can always try Guitar Center. Not only do they price match, but they also give you 10% of the difference. So you would end up paying $280 + tax (which, depending on where you live, will end up right around $300).

I have purchased from them. Haven't had to deal with customer support or anything, but the product was shipped quickly and arrived safely.

All the new x's come with both se cable and a balanced one.

Performance Audio is offering free shipping throughout Feb. On top of that, they have a 24-hour sale on Hosa products, 20% off.  There's not a whole lot to offer unless you need some cheap interconnects.  I picked up some digital cables and what not...  might be worth looking at

Monster Direct store on eBay has DNAs for $70 (M.S.R.P. $230) and Inspirations for $100 (M.S.R.P. $329). Bought 2 pair of both. Sound and comfort is great. Don't worry about Beats association with Monster. These are totally different cans. The Wal Mart product is only passive noise ISOLATING, not active noise cancelling. The eBay product is Active noise cancelling.

Buy Sonic is not an authorized dealer. Check the Audeze website. A Buy Sonic 1 year warranty vs an Audeze 3 year warranty makes these purchases an interesting gamble.

I e-mailed Audeze, asking if they were legit.  "They are a new dealer." is the answer I got. BuySonic's product page also says they are a verified dealer. I'm going to e-mail BuySonic next and ask if the 1 year thing is a mistake.
