AKG K712 Pro for $305.67 (it shows up as $359 on main page and in cart but on the final review screen before you confirm order, it's $305.67).

I really don't need a K712 (again) but damn that price is way too tempting. Somebody stop me!!!

I don't know if this is the best place to ask this, but is it okay to sell the $25 HD Tracks voucher that I got with my HD700?  If so, which for sale/trade forum should I use?

No offense, but you're seriously that hard up for cash you need to sell something that's worth only $25 and you got it for free?! Why not just gift it to someone who could use it? This would be the most appropriate classifieds forum btw: http://www.head-fi.org/f/6554/music-videos-for-sale-trade

The K7xx is pretty much the same thing for $100 cheaper.

Regarding your second paragraph, that's kinda inappropriate.  If he wants to sell it, what do you care?  Why make some judgement on his financial situation?  If you told me to just give $20 to a stranger, I'd tell you to shove it where the sun don't shine.  Are you so rich that you can just throw money away?  If so, PM me and I'll send you my paypal address.  :p

The folks that picked up the 600/650 at a very nice price should feel fortunate. I missed out due to some major incidents at work. But there is always boxing day.

Please keep this thread going so I can see other sales coming. Thanks for everyone's input into this discussion thread. It has been very helpful in showing what companies have discounted items in the past.

Philips CitiScape Downtown for $30 at lowest price.  I seem to recall these being mentioned in Jude's seasonal buying guide as a pretty good headphone for the price.  Anyone have any experience with these?

Sounds pretty good for $30, IIRC. The music seal thing really seems to work. I didn't like the flimsy build though.

Way to miss my point. It's been established that the Head-Fi classifieds are for non-profit sales by non-MOTs, even just a few pages back: http://www.head-fi.org/t/692119/the-deals-discussion-thread-read-the-first-post/9915#post_11095507

I see, apparently I did miss your point.  The way you phrased it didn't make it clear that you were questioning whether he was even allowed to resell it per the forum rules.  For the record, IMO, if he's selling it for $25 or less, he's not making a profit; he paid for that by spending hundreds of dollars on headphones.

My offer still stands though.  You suggested he give away something worth $25.  If you have enough money to give away $25 at a chunk, please send some to me.  Thanks!

Yeah, looking back at that wording now doesn't convey what I meant to write, could've done that a lot better. The first part of that was supposed to be read as tongue-in-cheek anyway.

I've done gear giveaways in the past here on Head-Fi, you can look them up (right here in the Member's Lounge). Maybe I'll start one up again someday.

My how their prices have dropped quickly since their Kickstarter campaign a couple of years ago. They launched the Silverado at $200 and the Laredo at $100, if I'm not mistaken.

Whoa, that's pretty bad

I paid 20$ for the Laredo a few months ago and even at that price they were not worth it. Maybe the Silverado is a good option to have another set of ear pads for those who like modding things

California Headphone Silverado 29$ and California Headphone Laredo 14.69$, not too sure about them, gonna grab one of them.

The Laredo goes for essentially the same price at Amazon and is Prime eligible:

They have been heavily discounted for months.  Good values at these very low prices.

That is too bad about the California Headphone Company cans.  I have seriously thought about purchasing them a couple of times as the prices have dropped.  They look so nice, why did they have to make them sound so crappy?
