I found a response from Drop.com.

Elegant tale but Audeze provides 3y warranty and don't require invoice, DROP only provides RMA to original buyer and most likely only 1 year. That's a false economy, better off waiting for official BF sales.

Definitely interesting. I’m a fan of both companies and I think each is acting within their rights, but Audeze already made their money on these if they’re from dealer inventory. Seems like calling out Drop just brings more attention to it versus just letting them get sold. Drop has their own reputation to uphold; they’re not going to sell fakes.

If a dealer paid the manufacturer for the product and now, due to no fault of their own, is suddenly unable to sell, what other recourse do they have?

I really don’t have an audiophile level set of Bluetooth headphones like that. I wonder how the sound would compare to my Audeze LCD-2’s

I know this is by design but the open style cans can be a little problematic for me. It annoys other people at work and the lady at home
