I read somewhere anything under 16 dollars from the US is fake. I'd only buy fulfilled by amazon one's if you're not getting it from China. I wish there was a known reliable seller on amazon.

I was thinking about buying these thats only reason I know there's fakes out there. It seems crazy though that they would fake such inexpensive headphones.

I'm a big fan of good deals and getting value, but sometimes people can take it too far.  My brother will spend hours trying to save two bucks on something that costs four buck.  That's just not worth the effort.  
 
In the same way buying from a shady seller just to save $8 is absurd.  Yes, that's a large percentage savings but it's EIGHT DOLLARS.  lol

I bet you don't regret it even for that price. Guys that have this phone should do this mod. It is very easy.

 


Take some thin foam 1/4 thick. Very important that it is not thicker than 1/4 inch. I am using flooring insulation foams. Cut out roughly the diameter of the cups. unstick the pads from the base of the cups by running your fingers around the bottom of the pads to separate the pad from base of the cup, it is stuck on there with a bit of glue. Then put the foams underneath.
 
Will bring the phones to a new level and it certainly will not sound like your garden variety $200 phone.
