Speaking of SanDisk are they where it's at for SD cards? I need to grab one. I have one of the Samsung Evo ones but it's only a 128gb. Need to grab a bigger one anyways.I am wondering when will Sandisk or whoever it does. Release the 2TB microSD

FWIW, I always buy Sandisk simply because I never had an issue with any of the initial ones I bought back in the day. I have two 1TB Sandisk Extreme microSD cards and they have performed as desired for me.Speaking of SanDisk are they where it's at for SD cards? I need to grab one. I know some have delved into industrial grade cards on the basis of sonic differences, but you'll pay ~2x the cost of a Sandisk Extreme to get something like that. Your wallet, your choice, though I'd suggest users should go that route only if their associated gear is already TOTL. Makes no sense to me to pay as much for a microSD card as you did for, say, your DAP or IEM. YMMV.
Yeah I'm not that intense, I just ideally want a good 500gb - 1TB card that isn't garbage. I got my last one off Amazon and had to return it 3 times before I got one that wasn't fake.
If it's in your budget, get one of these https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ultr...ndisk+1tb+micro+sd+card&qid=1633034928&sr=8-3Yeah I'm not that intense, I just ideally want a good 500gb - 1TB card that isn't garbage. and you can't go wrong, IMO.
Awesome will look into them, does the WM1Z have any comparability issues reading cards over 256gb? I thought I remember reading they only recommended 128 and 256 cardsIf it's in your budget, get one of these https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ultr...ndisk+1tb+micro+sd+card&qid=1633034928&sr=8-3

If you have patience and a steady hand you can very slightly open up the gap between the quadrants of the MMCX connector on the cable end with a scalpel/razor blade. This will increase the tension of the snap fit of the MMCX connection. You don't want to over do it or removing the cable will be difficult. I did the same with my own set of XBA-N3 as the connection became weak after a few cable changes.

And good eyes.... thanks. I will have to buy a magnifying glass.

I have the kimber kable. The stock has 3.5 while the kimber is 4.4. I will look to see if they have stock 4.4 available for the N3.My Sony MMCX connectors are a bit different in that there are no slits in the tip of the plug. I just use the tip of a small screwdriver to expand the collar. These are stock N3 cables below:

I remember reading one review that WM1 can read up to 2TB. But the drawback is that the more memory you use, the longer the start-up time. As I load up more files on my 1TB card the longer it takes the boot up. The plus side is that once it loads, it operates flawlessly, and just as quickly as with few files.Awesome will look into them, does the WM1Z have any comparability issues reading cards over 256gb? I have both the N3 (3.5 cable) and the N3BP (4.4 cable). I bought the second pair as a backup as these are my favorite IEMs. I wear glasses and hate fiddling with around-the-ear wires. Figured I'd get both cable types while I was at it. The MMCX connectors are exactly the same.
Here is the 4.4 cable on Ebay:

I recently purchased the 1tb SanDisk Extreme for my 1A, i previously had the 400gb SanDisk Ultra, and the Extreme boots up the 1A a lot quicker than the Ultra when the database is building, also the files from the laptop are transfered faster. I buy it directly from amazon.com at 198$, Ultra was around 159$ at that time. I'll say it's worth the price difference long term.

My Stock & Kimber Kabel are the same as @rlw6534 picture (had a look). You just need to prise open the swivel collar a touch and it should be all good.I have the kimber kable. The stock has 3.5 while the kimber is 4.4. I will look to see if they have stock 4.4 available for the N3.

Does anyone have a hi-res home audio stereo system with speakers? I am looking to build one. Right now I have a sound bar, and would like to upgrade my system.
That's a very broad question and there's basically unlimited combinations of gear. The best way is to visit a reputable dealer in your area and ask to demo systems within your budget and buy a system that you like the sound of best. Spend most of your budget on your speakers.Does anyone have a hi-res home audio stereo system with speakers? I am looking to build one.
