Have you already started receiving the AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) enrollment forms in the mail? :smile:
.
I received the first one during the week before my 50th birthday. :unamused:

I started receiving those when I was 18. I have an uncle with the same name as myself and obviously AARP got confused. Can't blame them as they are elderly themselves. :smile:

The first computer I ever bought myself was an IBM Thinkpad 380XD. I'd been on computers before that of course, but that one I bought and I felt like a boss, lol. It's so old and blocky looking now. Here is a pic of one I found on the old googler:

@jerick70
Sorry, late to the party, my week was consumed with online meetings everyday. Hate the 5 hour conference calls...

Happy Birthday my friend!

I remember the 64 ...just.
The 128 had just come out. Most of the software was 64.

I miss those days of computers being for computer geeks.

Windows 10....gah...

@majo123
Wow, the DX160 has been dethroned. The DTR1 must be some piece of kit to do that. Nice! Curious to see if it will change much once you've had it for a time. How's it play with the Etys?
