I thought I recognized that Carbon Fiber Mid, sans the cabinet shape I'd say those are Nautilus 803's!

Yep. Harmon is buying them out along with a bunch of other big names in audio. Did you know that the previous owners are medical innovators/manufacturers? Pretty crazy that a medical company owned B&W. Who woulda thunk?

Not sure why Wikipedia has quite a few of the brands listed. They don't own them yet. i.e. Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Polk and Marantz. They still need to go through the regulatory process for the deal to go through.
