My new to me Rosson RAD-0's came in yesterday. I've got a couple of hours of listening time on them so far and I can totally see why some reviewers have called them the best Audeze, lol. Before he started this new company Alex Rosson co-founded Audeze, and he definitely built on Audeze's ideas of how planars should sound. But I think he did it better with the RAD-0. They are warm and detailed, with fantastic mids that do well with both male and female vocals. On top of all that, they are gorgeous headphones.

These look sweet! How do you think these compare to the Sash Tres?

Thanks bro, I'm digging them so far. As far as a comparison with the Sash Tres, I'm not 100% sure. According to the frequency responses of the two headphones, I'd say that the RAD-0 is a bit warmer and more mid-centric, and the Tres is a little more neutral and detailed. I can't find a direct comparison online.

I was looking at the Tres V2 and the LCD-X and LCD-2. These all track really closely on their FR graphs. The Audeze headphones have the suck-out at 4K though. I really notice a difference in sound though.
