WOW:
First up, Britpop camp glam popsters Suede, with Saturday Night :)

And let us not forget The Bay City Rollers, with (perhaps unsurprisingly) Saturday Night :D

And, just for completion, the movie scene without which I'd have never discovered that gem of a track.
It's from So I Married An Axe Murderer, a film in which Mike Myers plays both his main character and his main character's Scottish dad :D

Oh, and I just remembered this!
I've been listening to Counting Crows albums recently, and lamenting the fact that only 'August and Everything After' is available in 24bit hi-res
Counting Crows, from their 2008 album "Saturday Nights and Sunday Mornings", here's my two favourites from that album.
Firstly, the rather cheerful 'When I dream of Michaelangelo'

And also the more dark and atmospheric 'Le Ballet d'Or' which builds up in volume and intensity quite nicely as the song progresses :)

Hope you all enjoy :)

Indeed very sad, in his sleep at 72! As a Texas boy they are like my home state's # 1 rock band of course steeped in the blues  Can't tell you how much I partied in this very venue in High School:stuck_out_tongue:

Billy's voice is showing signs of decline however his pickin' is still wicked:wink:
