WOW:

Commendably on time for once, I know :D

So, first up is The Black Crowes, with 'Cold Boy Smile', for any of you who might not be enjoying sunny weather at the moment :)

Next is Taylor Swift, back in her pre-pure-pop days with a song she wrote aged 15; 'Tied together with a smile'.
I have a soft spot for this first album. I didn't listen to much from her after her 2nd album, but I've heard her two most recent albums are a bit more mature in theme and contain some more folky or country songs. Can't confirm or deny. I've bought them on HDTracks and hope they're as good as I've read! :)

Finally, an old favourite of mine, that for me at least is like sipping whisky or hot chocolate or both in an armchair by a fire; cosy and familiar and enchanting.
It's Fairground Attraction, with a folky, slightly jazzy kind of number, 'A smile in a whisper'.

Hope you are all doing well, and hope you enjoy :)

Funnily enough, after posting my WOW submissions, I suddenly had the mood to listen to that Fairground Attraction album (First of a million kisses).
Listening to it on DX220MAX and CA Solaris 2020.
Don't think I've ever listened to it on really high-end gear before (relatively speaking of course; it's all relative in this hobby)

I noticed that on that song 'A smile in a whisper', for the first time I can really notice and distinguish all the individual plucks of the double bass and the timbre and chime of the stringed instrument (mandolin?).
And everything is separated out so beautifully. Am enjoying this album hugely, and the DAP and IEMs are certainly playing a significant part in that.
God bless Head-Fi. I was really ignorant of how much detail and enjoyment there was in songs that I'd heard a thousand times before until I got into this hobby :)

Those are just troll answers.

Cherry picked to make their stupidity exaggerated if these were even real answers at all to begin with.

Be careful of what you read online.

When you study them you realise how quickly they're multiplying. Should be taking over the world by about quarter past six this evening if my calculations are correct :nerd:
