OK OD, not to spend the time dismantling iem's for a Porno Cable shot I've decided to show you several re-dressed in 4/6/8 & 16 cores! Have moved most of my KZ's to the Gold/Silver-Black/Silver TRN's if I've not stayed with the Bronze cables which I love and still have half a dozen in the box:open_mouth:

When I say I have cables squirreled away I mean I OBVIOUSLY NEED HELP:rolling_eyes: Think I'm going to mosey over to the KZ thread and offer up some of my old KZ cables to those in need:thinking:

If a two pin cable has a blue dot next to one pin on each side, do you turn them to the inside, outside or same direction?

Congrats on the upward move bro. A bump in pay is always good, but the bump in ego by getting a better job is even better.

Lol, ok, I feel so much better, thank you.

And giving some of your KZ cables up to those in need is a very cool thing to do. :beers:
Thanks man. It is such a nice feeling you're right. I really like my job at my current employer but the new firm is pretty awesome and works with HUGE clients.

THX OD, Pod's probably given away as much as he's kept over the years and I really get a lot of joy in turning friends on to something better than what comes with players, phones and especially the $9.99 Skullcandy rack at Best Buy:hushed: (Yeah I typed that out loud)

My philosophy has always been the best way to show someone you really care about them is feed them so they know you want them around forever and to give them the gift of (good/better but don't take offense anyone) music so they can have a happy heart and dare I say "Peaceful easy feeling" (Totally ripped that one off):stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::beerchug:

@mbwilson111 , generally and 99% of the time for me the blue dot goes to the rear of the (left) shell as worn (Red for right and my telephone splicer days rearing it's ugly head again). I think I only had 1 one time that went the other way and I almost tossed the iem because of the out of phase! Just realized you said each side, you mean both connectors had blue dots and not a red on the right one?

I think it's excellent truly and the spec is phenomenal, my battery was on 36 percent I put it on charge went to the shops come back 40 mins later and it was on 91 percent.

Don't you hate those tough choices!

Lol I wouldn't know where to start pod... I wouldn't get to work as I wouldn't be able to decide what to take, work dap home dap that's my choice lol

You would have to do like someone I know does. Carry a rucksack full of several daps and multiple iems...and buds...and probably a couple of headphones.

Yeah and even before I was using an iPhone I started with a Creative 128 Nomad and then a Mosaic, the time surely flies! As far as making a choice I can listen and respect each player I have based on what it can deliver because its first of all just about always having the music playing. Absolutely no way in hades my Benjie S5 and KZ ZST's can hold a candle to my Opus # 1 and DM6's but I can enjoy both for their own ability to play music that is listenable:wink: Don't get me wrong as I always appreciate how much better rig 2 sounds compared to rig 1 but as long as I have the music I make the best of what's delivering it:beerchug:

Sorry @mbwilson111 , put the dot to the back on each. They do have left and right indicators on the connectors right? I've found that they generally face outwards and are on the same side as marked on the shells (in most cases)

I already know which R and L

I think the blue dot is the positive pin on each

Don't know how they go in relation to the shell...do the dots point toward each other, away from each other or?

gulp your freaking me out lol

What? LOL

Rucksack Agenda.JPG

I have pretty much broke down my stuff to 3/4 different bags and just grab one for the day so I can try different stuff (combinations while I work)

Midge, sounds just the opposite of how I've found mine to go but I do think they can be different for different iem's. Best to always do phase testing to be sure especially if a manufacturer does not provide detailed pin out info.

Seems like we are not helping much MB!
