When I lightly press the headphone to my ear, I can hear the details more clearly. That's why I want the drivers to be closer to my ear. I feel like there is too much space between my ear and the driver.
For this,
Is there a way to increase the clamping force?
Can thinner pads be used?

Just workout your head to increase it size.

GM200 is basically Pro 82 v3 - it's v2 with a thunderous bass, very similar to TH900 bass ( but without the missing mids and the peaks in the treble):

Do you want the exact same pads? If so, Cooler Master sells them since their MH751/MH752 headphones are repurposed Pro 82s.

I would take those coolermasters. I bought brainwavz oval pads but I prefer stock ones. They are softer.

To be honest I still thinking to buy gm200 and cannibalize them with mic, pads and speakers which I want to put inside my pro82s

Something weird is happening.
Pro 82 and GM200 disappeared from all the Aliexpress stores, except for "Takstar Official Store":

It's not clear if they actually have stock, or just forgot to remove the items...

It could be that Takstar have run out of stock, and this is the end for Pro 82 and GM200...
I wish we had some kind of warning, so I could buy a few more. i have 9 Pro 82, but 3 of them are v0.9...
And I only have two GM200...

I've contacted TakstarAudio for explanation, hopefully will hear from them next week.

Hopefully, this is just a supply chain hiccup. Why would Pro 82 and GM200 run out of stock at the same time?
Also, HF580 was removed from most of the stores - and it shouldn't be related in any way to Pro 82/GM200.

P.S. Be careful with Takstar official Store, their feedback is low even for Aliexpress:

OMG.... then should I wait for their reply? I would be using with a DAC-A5 Pro, so I would loose the microphone.

You should first ask Takstar Official Store if they actually have stock, then we'll see what is the best thing to do.
