Hello, in my country i can only buy Takstar Pro 82 V1, there's no V2, i would rather not buy from aliexpress (no warranty, also no black color). So i can chose between Takstar Pro 82 V1 vs Cooler Master MH751 vs Takstar GM200, also one shop said that they will have Takstar GM200 with bassport on march(did you hear about GM200 with bassport?)

GM200 does have a bass port, one without a bassport is fake:

GM200's bassports are not adjustable, but they are there.
Fake or preproduction GM200 - stay away!!!

So basicaly MH751 and GM200 are both based on Takstar Pro V2, right? So whats your recommendation if you could chose between them? GM200, MH751 or Takstar Pro 82 V1?
MH751 doesn't sound nearly as good to me as Pro 82 (either version) or GM200.
I blame lack of bassports:

My recommendation -
1) Avoid MH751
2) Go with Pro 82 v2 over v1
3) GM200 is a great choice, but only with bassports.

Hi. Can someone confirm that the Takstar Pro 82 sold by TakstarAudio Store in Aliexpress is really the V2?
Yes, the Pro 82 sold by TakstarAudio is definitely v2 - I bought another one in late November.

Also, does it goes on sale for $50 sometimes? Or it always costs $60?
It is usually 60$, only going lower during big Aliexpress sales (like 11.11).
However, there is a 4$ coupon code in the first post of this thread...

I'm wondering whether I should purchase the Takstar GM 200 or Pro 82, I'm going to use it for XBOX gaming and need a microphone so my options are stock GM200 with its microphone or the PRO 82 with a microphone cable but I haven't heard any microphone tests from the pro 82 mic cables can any attest to their quality or should I just get the GM 200 since I listen to hip hop/rap music and will be playing games on my console which is better for the scenario?

Also: The GM200 microphone cable quality looks pretty cheap and may break is there any replacement microphone cables for them? I'm undecided on the two headphones as I've heard great things about pro 82 clarity and would like some more neutral headphones as I already had modern retros but I'm not sure if any microphone cable for the pro 82 would be usable for gamechat on xbox

One question for you guys who use Takstars Pro 82 over 2/3years, how do you rate longevity of pads and headbands in this headphones? Ive looked on aliexpress for some cheap replacement pads for takstar and the cheapest ive seen was $10 for pair so its not cheap :frowning2: So takstar pads getting harder over time, or even crack?

One more thing, is that true that Takstar Pro 82 V1 got unremovable pads? Ive read that V2 and GM200 got easy removable pads but not v1.
All three use the same pads, and in all three they are not supposed to be replaceable by user.
However, the TakstarOfficial Store did list original replacement pads: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001757313097.html
I have asked them to post the replacement instructions, but they haven't yet...

I think a few months ago somebody did post here some instructions, but can't find the post now.
I really should have added it to the first post

I'm still using the original Pro 82 from 2017, pads are holding well.

If you are listening to hip-hop/rap, GM200 is a better choice.

GM200 microphone doesn't look nor feel cheap, I'm very happy with its quality.

Microphone cables for Pro 82 do have decent microphone audio quality, but the microphone is physically further away from your mouth, so it's not as good as GM200.

For the absolute best microphone quality, you can use some USB microphones listed in the first post on Windows with the Xbox app.

Has anyone tried the Takstar TS450M? Looks like it could be a good headset and same driver as pro 82 it seems? Price is very cheap on AliExpress and could be a cheap budget option for people. Shame cable is not detachable I think. https://en.takstar.com/product/type/3190.html
Communications headsets tend to be tuned around the mid-range with a presence boost, so you might find the sub-bass to be non-existent and the highs to be muted.

It does look like a re-designed Pro 82, but you're unlikely to find the revised signature to be as appealing.

If TS450M is tuned the same as TS450, than it doesn't come close to PRO82. Even if they share the same driver, which I'm not sure they do, TS450 sounds very muffled and lacks clarity in comparison to the PROs. TS450 is great for what it is, which is a 30$ headphone.

Bit the bullet finally and ordered the Little Bear P10 / USB DAC thingy synergy combo.
And since I was in the mood added a pair of GM200's. Might as well go all in on the Pro82 train.
