Keeping my fingers crossed that they're still keeping their $50 price tag and the fancy design didn't make the sound worse.

Definitely going to get the 681MKII, hope it sounds good but coming from Superlux it should sound good AND be priced very fairly . I like how they say they looked at the Rockgrotto forums so they might have actually read some of the complains about the previous models and improved it :'). I at least hope they improved the terrible pads.
 
Still hope its under $100 at least DDDD. So excited now. Also hope they are in stores by xmas
 
I hope they didn't trade that sexy design over the good sound but maybe these will be some of first good looking AND good sounding budget headphones. Knowing superlux it will be good value anyway. It looks like they have been following the reviews and such

Website says that it has "more of a delicate treble characteristic". And the 681 is known for its insane highs (in both good and bad ways) so guessing that they read the complaints.
 
 
I find it funny how a small nearly unknown headphone company based in China seems like they care more about their customers then the bigger companies

I might just see about the new 662 and see how it compares to the old version i have which is an "F" model. But it's modded up so no fair comparison there. ( just an excuse to consider these really )
 
Which brings me to the next point, have they done away with the series of Regular, B, and F now, and rolled them all into one incredibly excellent version. Seems that way.
 
Anyone carrying these in North America yet?

I hope they are cheap enough I could get some velour pads for them. They look about the same size as the first one.
