Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and was hoping for some help advice on which earphones I should buy.

My music tastes vary but generally are  I am looking earphones that offers a good response to deep bass (though nothing too over powering)  but at the same time provides details separation in the mids and highs.

I am thinking of buying the Shure 535's but welcome to suggestions.

Thanks

The 535 is a solid choice...

But, for great detail and accuracy, you may want to consider the Etymotic ER-4 series.

Cheers, Jim

If you can stretch the extra £20 then you could get the westone 4's from amazon as well.  Take a look at jokers massive thread.  Plenty of reccomendations on there at that budget.

The SE535 is a very good choice. With your budget, you can also look into getting customs.

Plenty of choices in that price bracket...IE80, W4, SM3 or EX1000, but stay away from the Shure IMO. They are massively overpriced in the UK for what they are worth.
