For now, superglue and electrical tape are your friends. heatshrink perhaps?

Note: it's a little microphonic when rubbed against hard materials, but its great for portable use (very low profile). It won't be microphonic at all if you slip it under your shirt (like i do ).

That's pretty sweet. If mine ever break I'm thinking I'll buy a pair of superlux hd660 or 330 and put the sound magic cups in its headband. The superlux is basically a beyer clone(The shape at least)

true, but looking at the prices, it looks like getting them from beyer would cost a lot more. Plus its fun to have drivers around to mess with, transplanting and whatnot.

I've just got new JDS CMoyBB v.2.03 (brand-new). when I connected it with my Fiio X3II LO and SM HP150 The sounds are distorted and even worst when I turn on the bass boost function. I 've tried using fresh battery but no luck. The sounds start to distort after about 30-40% of volume knop.

Can anyone give me a suggestion whhy this happen and how to fix it?

or It is a defective unit?

This is a weird request, but can anyone post pics of the back of your headphone driver? Or let me know if there is the normal felt/cloth covering the hole behind the driver please.

If you go to near the bottom of the page you will see a bunch of different pics of the driver. If i'm correct not all hp150's have the same driver
