I`m looking to upgrade my phones and have a spare Kimber Kable like the one attached.

Are there any full sized phones the cable will fit or is that cable only for IEMs?

You could use it with headphones with a MMCX to whatever adapter. I found a MMCX to 3.5mm that allowed me to try one of my IEM cables on my MDR-Z1R.

there is no phone with 4.4mm balanced input, but there an onkyo gran beat dp-cmx1 with 2.5 balanced and you can use an adaptor from 2.5mm to 4.4mm, this is an asian only phone and was not supported very well, also quite sluggish Ui due older mid range cpu and less than great optimisation for the Ui.
