You get at least traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and English.

It's for the Chinese market, so naturally it has Chinese, I don't see it being multilingual if sold for China only.

Wow, it's $650 in the US! If I thought it would work in English I'd be tempted at that price. I wonder why there are such big country to country differences.
its cheaper in malaysia due to made in malaysia. i could get it for USD 565

It ha already been confirmed that the rockbox tool can be used with it, so you can change the region to the one you want thus getting full multilanguage option

This I already know, no need to remind me, what i'm saying is, a retail version without using the tool only has 3 languages.

Hey Thanks . Will decide next few days . I will ask you another question though . I read somewhere here that the player won't support artwork on wave . So if I place photo of the album artwork in same folder of the album it won't be visible on playing ?

No album art on wave files, you'll have to do some converting :)

does it mean i have to convert to FLAC format with album embedded to each song ?

I have a dilemma, I thought WAV offers the best playback due to no compression while FLAC still need to convert to WAV before output (naturally additional processing means more noise ?)

I am really having a hard time trying to understand how the zx300 handles album art. Sometimes it can display arts of 1000 pixels sometimes not. So I usually use mp3tag and downscales the images to 500px500 just to be safe but still sometimes the zx300 still doesnt recognize it. Is there an official guide on how the unit handles this?

I am talking about flac files. Not wav.
