I was wondering why there is a flood of EX1000 on the market, did someone stock too many in China and are now getting rid of them? I see some cheap EX1000 in Hong Kong too, even tempted to get a pair for myself to collect.

Regarding Just ear hybrid design.. let me put your fears to rest - since the person who designed and tuned Just ear is the same person who designed the EX1000 - Matsuo Bandai-san. There is no coincident that the Just ear shares the same driver size as the EX1000 at 16mm....

Thanks, inline with the japan street price, so I can decide to get it from Japan or HK, either way, getting it from Japan will probably be better, true Japanese version.

Hope it sounds good with the ZX300, already have to EX600 and EX800.

So this product will have a different launch dates on different regions right? As far as i understand some might be shipping next week in the US and while in Japan you have to wait until early next month.
Do you guys think it will be available worldwide before the end of the year?

In the case of studying the PCB of wm1a vs zx300, I found out the zx300 3.5 output has much less capacitors than the 4.4 output.

4.4 : 4 big ft cap + 4 small smt cap
3.5 : 2 small smt cap

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to listen, I will go during the week when it's less busy.

This is going to be a big problem, dealers will take advantage of this, and i'm sure there will be people who will fall into a mouse trap.

The ZX300 is available for pre-order from Amazon Japan for $630 USD. Anyone know if this version will have English language or is it best to wait for Tourist version?

Sony China listed ZX300A's price. It's 2999CNY (roughly 462 USD) and pre-order is open till Oct. 8th.

Since it supports microSD, I think the ZX300A has a much better value than the ZX300. I'm putting in at least a 256 GB microSD so why not buy the one with less base storage.

Although you can use a micro sd, but don't forget internal memory is not 16GB usable, but about 13GB-14GB usable, which may pose a problem in the near future , from update, and resale value isn't high, and yes RMB 2999, unless you live in china, otherwise are likely going to pay more to have it shipped to your country along with a inflated price.
