this photo was posted by @giovvanie, this is different than your cable, but i think he got it working

Yes that was my next option if I can't get the Brimar cable to work.

A normal wmport to microsd won't work, that is a digital cable from Sony.

No DSD means no gonemad for me, about 10% of my library is DSD, I am not about to give up on them anytime soon...

Where do you source your DSD files?

There are many sites, and you can find them all over the net from music sites like ototoy, mora and hifi tracks to name a few, including many forums and even the official Sony site link a few, just google, I have over 80 DSD files in DSD 64 and DSD 128, from paid source and non paid source.

to reduce the messy set up, all you have to do is cut both of those cable in half and connect it together, it is color coded, you don't even have to solder it, all you need to do is twisted together, and then wrap it with some tape, i have tried and work perfect with my hugo, search one of my post, there some pictures.

Does anyone know by using the Sony WM-out cable to the Mojo, whether the music files are down-sampled? I'm not sure if that's the right choice of words but essentially are the files left untouched? Thanks

May want to ask the person who has both :D as the Mojo will display led color accordingly to the quality and sample rate of the input.

Most Mojo owners are using the AK or phones as the source
:)

Except for dsd, all will be based on their bit rate. Dsd will convert to 192/24. this is only through the stock player. Third party apps like onkyo won't work and result in 44/16.

DSD

Flac 96/24

you are itching to try out Mojo , go on admit it

i emailed chord today and asked them to ship some mojos to Greece , i intend to try mojo with my dx80

i find it hard to justify using zx2 as a 1000$ transport, but on the other hand using dx80 as a mojo servant - well that's a completely different thing.....
