I'll never sell my ZX2. I'll keep it even after it stops working as an artefact. Would've kept my original cassette Walkman too if my uncle didn't have it stolen all those years ago. I hold the ZX2 in that kind of esteem.

I have a problem connecting my ZX2 with the Cord Mojo. I ordered the Sony WMC-NWH10 cable from Japan. I connected the ZX2 to the Mojo using this cable. However, it does not seem to work. No sound.
 
I use the EU-version of the ZX2. Is it possible that the Sony cable only works with non-EU Version of the ZX2?

Any idea what the reason could be? As far as I see I have to change nothing in the settings of the ZX2 in order to use the digital output? Can't find anything in the manual. Maybe the cable I ordered from Japan is defect but I don't really know a way to test that other than trying to use it with my ZX2 and the Mojo.

From HUGO thread , I vaguely remember there's a sequence, you need to turn the devices ON for the sony devices to be recognized.

My bad. I discovered that I used a USB cable which can only be used for charging but not for data transfer (facepalm). Problem solved - now it works!

Nope..not sure i'll have the cash to splash on those new daps. I am just trying to reduce the number of daps i own and unfortunately the zx2 has to go .its also an opportunity for those that won't be able to afford the new daps but still want to own one of sony's top of the line daps to grab a bargain.
