How did you feel when unboxing them? I still remember my wowed moment when I open jewelry like presentation in stacked drawers. My one of the best excited moments in my life. Goosebumps!
Hehe. Like unwrapping some piece of art, honestly. Everything's so neat in there I almost had qualms unboxing it

The unboxing experience of Z1R is definitely a little extra. But I'll never forget it, which I honestly can't say about any other unboxing.

I also got a brand new Z1R a few weeks ago, felt like opening my first iPhone back in 2010, never seen that kind of presentation before. If it wasn't for the mmcx connector, I would put everything back in the box after my session every time.

Can someone tell me how much better the BSEP is than other cables?
Compared to the OEM cable, the BSEP tightens the bass a bit, elevates the vocal slightly and make vocal (esp. female) sound more real/dense , the treble is about the same to me (but I can't hear anything beyond about 13khz due to my ear ringing). Don't know about other cables.

I preferred the M7 and M9 unboxing experience to be honest. Call me weird buy I’d rather open a Glock case over a girly pair of expensive earrings.

Early impressions: have spent the last few hours going "ohhh" and "ahhh". Never heard something quite like this before. On albums I know by heart, like really, having been listening to them for years and years some hundred of times, I STILL noticed details I had never heard so far. I know it's a well-worn cliché, but they do that. The level of details is devilish. All that without any sibilance, harshness, and all their cousins. Let's not even mention that rumbling, teeth-shaking bass that underlies everything like a comfy mattress, in the best of ways.
Like, wow.
