I'm not convinced that the LL silicone tips that came with the Z1Rs are the best size for my ears. Does anyone know if a LLL stock tip exists? Or one that approximates what it WOULD be if they existed?

I use Azla Crystal L and deep insertion due to the size of my ear canal otherwise I don’t get a good sealYou can use AZLA crystal L size 14mm if you want, or go smaller with deeper insertion as @Daniel Johnston suggested too.
azla crystal and spinfit W1 sounded better for me rather than original eartips
Wow, azla's L size is considered oneof the biggest size of any eartips. You must be struggle to find eartips that can give you great seal. Practically spinfit W1 cant give you perfect seal, also lot of eartipsI use Azla Crystal L and deep insertion due to the size of my ear canal otherwise I don’t get a good seal
My JH13 ciem shells together with the Z1R, the Z1R almost look small in comparisonWow, azla's L size is considered oneof the biggest size of any eartips. You must be struggle to find eartips that can give you great seal. Practically spinfit W1 cant give you perfect seal, also lot of eartips
But luckily there are eartips comes with extra large size, moondrop spring have XL 14mm too, azla (any variants) L size also 14mm.
So short nozzle IEMs can be tough for you.
14mm tips are the only ones I've had success with on other IEMs. I'll try the smaller tips, though, just to see what they're like.
You can also email 64Audio to order XL tips, that come in 16mm. I use them so I don't have to use deeper insertion. It's another option for those of us with big canals.I use Azla Crystal L and deep insertion due to the size of my ear canal otherwise I don’t get a good seal
Oh, that's a lovely cable, too. What is it?You can also email 64Audio to order XL tips, that come in 16mm. I use them so I don't have to use deeper insertion. It's another option for those of us with big canals.
Thanks! That's my (now vintage, I guess) Effect Audio Eros II 8 wire. It's a cable I've had for the longest period of any others, and I had it changed to Z1R mmcx connectors.Oh, that's a lovely cable, too. What is it?
Really sorry to hear this. I have my heart in my mouth every time I detach a cable from Z1R. I have my 'endgame' Z1R cable coming on Monday and hopefully won't be removing it for a long time. Good luck, let us know how you go.Z1R nightmare come to life. Just received and was trying out this Ali cable:
US $100.00 | LN006474 Blue 99% Pure Silver XLR 3.5mm 2.5mm 4.4mm Earphone Cable For Sony IER-M7 IER-M9 IER-Z1R

I was surprised how snug and secure the mmcx connectors worked, but the cable was advertised for the Z1R. Sound was terrific. Now the nightmare.
I cannot easily detach the snug mmcx, but after working at it they detached (and in the process the left connector fell off). Try to connect the stock cable, but it's not going in. What the eff!?
Upon closer inspection, the outer sheath of the mmcx pins on both sides dislodged inside both Z1R connectors. And I can't get them out. Holy f$&king crap!
I now have to DIY myself if possible and try to get these tiny things out of the Z1R mmcx sockets! Anyone had this problem and successfully solved it!? I'm pissed, should have stuck with stock cable, but alas, I'm in this hobby.
Assuming I can salvage these, a big if, I may just reconnect the stock cable and never remove it again. Eff me.Really sorry to hear this.
