Unfortunately, I don't remember. I tend to save interesting images as I come across them so have a folder for the Z1R with random stuff that have been collected. It's likely a Japanese site as that's where most of the "good stuff" is hosted.

If my digital calipers are to be believed (the batteries are low ), the end of the stem measures at 4.8mm.

Here is the picture Gerelmx posted last year. For non German speaking the measures on the left are distance from the tip and the measures on the right are diameters
