Some more time today with the 1ZR. I've used them with a wide variety of amps (Q5, BTR3, ES100, iPhone dongle, Lyr 3, Jotunheim). They require a little more power than many IEMs, but they still sound very good with lower powered amps. 90% of the time, I'll just be opting for convenience when choosing which amp to use, though using a higher-powered amp for focused listening.

I think this is the first time I get “timber.” Sounds like I have the real instrumentals in my ears, with a soundscape from ear to ear and layered in front of me.
