I'm heading out so can't listen and will leave them to play for several hours. I was disturbed to see a sticker on the outside of the Sony packaging with the word "manufactured" in Bulgarian of all languages when these headphones are stated to be made in Japan so thoughts on this welcomed. Serial number and everything appears good, over 3200 for those keeping track.

Terrific fit, by the way. Very impressed here. I would not be concerned about weight and fit in the slightest (I'm 5'8). Cable into iems insertion also very professional. Stark difference from the Solaris, and I don't mean to offend those guys at all as they strike me as good people. This is just really professionally done.

Right on man. Impressive about the shipping. I ordered a Plenue R from New York on April 8th and it's still not here (Western Canada) yet. Looking forward to hearing if they meet your lofty expectations.

Frankly I'm kind of wondering myself why posters in this thread are selling. We're at four in the past week? With these selling predominantly in East Asia this is an interesting number despite my serial number. @bden59 Was it really a simple matter of these being too big for you? By the way, do you recall if the word on the white sticker of the Sony package was in an unfamiliar non-Asian language?

Most of these sellers claim it has nothing to do with the sound but it's starting to smell a little fishy. I'm on my way home to listen some.

It can also be expected initially as more people are buying. It's just a little weird given so few posters seem to have it. Usually you can't get some owners to shut up about how satisfying the product is.
