It is an enjoyable listen :)

However you write "no electronics" but the bass is electronic.

Fair comment - what I really meant was that the bass was not generated by a computer, but a human with a guitar.

I've been listening to The Big Pink's Hit the Ground (Superman) and it sounds fantastic on my HE-400s.

Probably the eightieth time I'm listened to it, and I refuse to post a Youtube link (ewwww!)....but Patricia Barber "Blue Cafe".

It could have been recorded to sound awesome on TF10s (to be fair, it sounds awesome on almost anything) but last night, I went to bed and listended to it on an elderly 5g (rockbox)>E7>TF10s and fcuking wow!!!!! And, furthermore, wow!!!!

And I apologise for starting a sentence with a conjunctive. Twice.

I must say that many of Madonna´s productions is very very well mixed. They sounds really spacious in my HD600, a headphone that actually have a quite of narrow soundstage. Her voice sounds sweet to :)

+1 especially for the Ray of Light track. That whole album is my favorite from her. Cohesive, well-produced, and deeper than Madonna's typical. My copy from 1998 started to rot over time, but I found a copy in a Wal-Mart bin a few months ago for $5. Sounds beautiful on HD650.

I recently stumbled across this great track "Mighty Storm", as performed by the Duhks. Outstanding vocals by Sarah Dugas!

The Krushevo Album is among my favorite purchases over the last 5-10 years. I keep going back to it for relaxation; simply an amazing recording! Sounds gorgeous on my BHA-1/BDA-2/LCD3 rig..........highly recommended!

Pick it up here: http://www.marecordings.com/main/product_info.php?cPath=29&products_id=68  Todd Garfinkle is brilliant at what he does!

Hehe, I have family roots from Krushevo..

its a town in my country, Macedonia. Also, Vlatko Stefanovski is widely considered to be the best guitarist in Macedonia and one of the best on the Balkans. The dome structure on the cover is actually a famous monument from a battle dating back to 1903. It looks completely useless honestly, Im glad they found a good use for it. This album was recorded there.

Funny thing, today is the first time I even heard of this album.

Gonna pick it up immediately!

BTW, I just recently got my hands on Dr. Cheskys Amazing, Fabulous etc etc... its INCREDIBLE!
