If you have decent headphones / IEMs you can hear that faint cymbal on your right channel. On FLAC it's much easier to hear that starting around 1:03 Great demonstration to prove detail retrieval!

Recently went from 16-bit 44.1 kHz to 24-bit 96kHz on my Chord Qutest and wow… what a difference it makes. Listening to Qobuz this way, holographic and immersive. I can’t even imagine how much better a M scaler would be.

Anyone that is into 70s r&b and funk should really check out the Commodores catalog. Really good recordings.

Problem now is I only want to listen to 24-bit 96kHz recordings.
