I'm literally in awe as I stare at these photos. These are some of the most beautiful constructions I have ever laid eyes on. Behold, Head-fi, the 8th wonder of the world.

Those are absolutely gorgeous. When you say you start from scratch, though... does that mean you literally build a pair of IEM's from parts? Sorry if that's an incredibly stupid question, I'm entirely new to these things. Regardless, those are incredible.

   It is not a stupid question, and yes I mean I literally buld them up from my own.
 
   All the shell work is my own, the internal design, x-over network, the selected drivers, capacitors and resistors used, the tube selected tube diameters OD/ID, the dampers used... every thing, my work, my design.
 The woods used, selected by me, hand carved by me.
 
  Everything assembled, polished and finished by me, AKA "The Wizard"
