Looks like there is no mesh cover on the nozzle?? Wonder if that's going to be a change from the current model. If so, I bet the sound signature won't be identical to current one.

I wonder how much heavier Turii can even get though? Do these come with suction cups for tips?
edit: maybe they're lighter though?

Yes, I think the purpose for using Titanium is a lighter shell. Too bad it will be limited, and the rumored price is about 1.5x more expensive. They said they will sell it first in China

You definitely have to choose tips rather carefully w/ the Turii. But give either Xelastecs or the newer Crystal standards a try.

Interesting. Curious on that sound change. The titanium should alter the rigidity a bit.

On the limited reviews Softears came back to me already and confirmed what some of you thought and shared: After months they're still working on a package that's lighter and smaller. I have suggested to wrap them in a used newspaper, put them in a plastic bag, and focus on conquering the world instead. No need for an incredible package people throw away on day 2 or that lands in a cupboard never to be looked at again. Guess it needs a high wow factor to attract Big Money in shop windows :frowning2:

It'll be complained about if it doesn't straddle the line between useful and environmentally responsible.
I liked the RSV packaging personally. Small, understated, but useful. A box of accessories, a nice case (a must), and reusable baggies for the iem's in a space saving and light package. I like Oriolus' packaging as well, but might be a little too spartan? They need to include a little case for the sub $1500.00 models. They are too far into the environmental aspect.

Seems like it still has the filter after all. It is said only 88 will be made.

Figures. Pipe-dream IEM. These limited releases can suck it. But someone may sell it here later, I guess (shrug)
