Probably Unique Melody Mest MK2
Oh yes, I understand, this question is not addressed to me. I don't have UM Mest MK2))
_______________
And, yessss, RS10 needs to be inserted behind the second bend, "up to the tonsils" )), like ER4S (god, I remembered this many years of penetration, but in the case of the RS10 everything is quite comfortable and SOUND!) That's when a miracle happens! :)

Some RSV. Fantastic IEMs, like the big brother RS10, yeah!

I spent an hour doing a bit of A/B. Used Azla tips on both. Both fit well, the MKii feel better than last year from a fit perspective.

My thoughts for now is that they are far apart from a tuning perspective and elements to work with. The bass on MKii is of different magnitude and impact than RSV. The rumble that comes in with for example Kill Jill by Big boi around 0.36 secs feels impressive vs RSV. Also in hearing something like Tears for Fears Shout and the riff during the last minute of so is clearer and deeper on MKii vs RSV
However I did decide to stop comparing as I did not see point
Listening this morning to some Spotify with my RSV while making coffee, just brought me back to my senses, the RSV is awesome at it's weight class and the MKii is awesome as it weight class, sorry seemed like a stupid conclusion but when I did the A/B human biases took over 😐
If you can have both, buy them both as they are great on their own merits. I know everyone will find something to criticize but I think finding perfection is just a mind trick. Both of the IEM's can really give you a variety on the tuning that will let you switch them around and feel satisfied with both

Physically both IEMs feel close for me , so did not have any insertion issue. When compared with Earsonics Purple both RSV and MKii look like a truck .The ES Purple have their own sound merits, but the size make these so easy to use everywhere

Sorry very high level comments and was concerned on creating merits of one vs the other one

that's a great description, I appreciate it,

how a about a pressure build up / suction feeling?
as the RSV doesn't have a vent hole,
maybe a discomfort after a long listening session?

Only when I first used I felt a bit pressure. But I resolved by using Azla instead of stock tips. Have felt pressure with other IEM's, I would not actually equated to pressure build up

on the left earphone the brown damper is ripped of compared to the right one, surprising that no one can see it
there is no damper,
it's just a bare sound tube without any cover,

I’m very pleased to announce that, RSV still reigns on top of spatial and air presentation of realistic environment even competing with the top of the top UM MEST mkII which has holographic imaging and extremely (headphone like) wide sound staging.
I couldn’t believe my ear, but after many testing, I’m confident enough, YES this Softears RSV, thanks to its insanely cohesive and linear phasing, it generates position, timbre, sound stage, motions, attack and decay, in a way as if your ear is hearing the realworld, so it ended up a winner here in term of natural sound reproduction, Q.E.D. Endgame of natural sound reproduction.
This indicates even if we have the best resolution and imaging / staging /positioning capabilites with amazing dynamic illustrations like UM MEST mkii does, the key of HRTF still hugely relies on cohesive resonance over all frequencies.
