All of my dealing with PayPal have been extremely positive. Ebay is even quicker to resolve any type of negative transactions. Hope things are resolved quickly.

The seller has already agreed to the refund. He has until Monday to provide a return shipping label and refund the payment. If he doesn't, eBay will step in and yank the money out of his account. So, all in all a happy ending. Just really sucks having my money tied up for a month...
