My Q1 has been randomly freezing or 'glitching' during playback. When it freezes, I have to hold down the power button and do a reset to get it to turn off (none of the buttons or screen works). When I turn it back on, it works for a little while but then freezes again. Any thought on how to fix this? I have done a factory reset but it is still doing it.
The text of the song was originally inside the track - this file is studio - I did not change anything. The text does not appear on the player's display.
Explain more precisely how it should be, the lyrics should be separate from the file?
Текст песни изначально внутри трека - этот файл студийный - я ничего не менял. Текст не отображается на дисплее плеера.
Объясните поточнее, как должно быть, текст песни должен быть отдельно от файла?
Yeah, they need to be in a separate file, one per song. The file is in the Karaoke format with the extension ".lrc"
I used a Mac program called "Lyrics Finder." It scanned my local library and created files with the extension ".txt" which I subsequently selected and renamed their extension to .lrc. These text files do not have the proper subtitle timing information like a proper Karaoke-formatted file would. For that you need a lyrics editing program like Gaupol to insert that timing format information.
I'm still looking for a good all-in-one solution that combines Lyric Finder's library scanning and text exporting feature with better than plain text files. One that would add the Karaoke features to the file and give it the .lrc extension automatically.

I tried to put the track in the same folder with the lyrics in .lrc format, but the player still does not show the lyrics.
But the player of my smartphone shows this text, although the lyrics of the song are without timing, the phone player allows you to view it-inside your player.
Do I understand correctly that the lyrics of the song should not only be in the .lrc format, but also with the timing corresponding to the track?
And without timing, the text will not be shown?
Yes, thank you for your support - something that the track should be separate - I understand.
I have a request for you - share the track with me, obviously with the working text in the .lrc format
So that I can understand how it works in practice.
I apologize for the spelling mistake - I just forgot that the built-in translator is enabled ...))

Yes, they need to be in .lrc file and with time stamps.
Here is example:

Yes-ah-ah-ah-ah earned!!!
Thank you for your support, I wouldn't have figured it out without you.
The LRC Generator program works fine, you only need to make timestamps manually and according to the lyrics, but it's not difficult, for me as a music lover it's interesting.
Had my Q1 for ~ a year now. My overall impression is that the audio quality is great and the UI is a bit clunky. Particularly annoying is how it easily it forgets where you navigated to in the My Music folder structure to get the currently playing track. It's clearly supposed to remember because it does initially, but this is a very fragile memory and nearly every time i poke around in the menu items when a track is playing it forgets, and then side-swiping on the the album artwork sends you to the default starting view of the As in every A-Z.
Also, importing playlists is really bad. Firstly, you have to use the imported playlist to create a NEW playlist in the Q1. But it doesn't remember the order. Numbered tracks get set up like 1, 10, 11, ... , 2, 21, ... etc for instance Not good!
I think my connecting cable is failing, the Q1 constantly loses the connection with the computer. It is happening in both USB and DAC mode. It causes syncing to fail and music playback to glitch and distort. Where do I get a new one from?

It's about the system setting, it will remember the position if you just switch between now playing screen and going back to the browing. If you go around menu, it will then default to the beginning. This is choice by our software team.
If you import any .m3u playlists, it should keep it in the same order, the Q1 will not be adjusting order of your .m3u playlists.
Any USB-A to USB-C cable will work, you can get one at even most convenience shops.
