I just recently got my replacement Q1. I've updated to 1.4 and EQ does not work. Tried rebooting to no avail.

Edit: Tried rebooting again, EQ works but not all the time when toggling.

Please be aware that EQ doesn't work with Hi-Res files. Maybe that's the issue you are facing?

@Shanling

So I can no longer import the Q1 from amazon.com as musicteck no longer fulfilling international orders for amazon.com. I can order from Musicteck on ebay.ca and pay a crazy high shipping rate and No Returns allowed. Shanling really needs to get a Canadian distributor soon or find other US dealers like bhphotovideo that will ship to Canada and not gouge you on shipping. I am very interested in the Q1 but not if I have to import it from China as I have been burned to many times on Chinese orders. It is stupid that I can get free shipping all the way from China but I have to pay an arm and leg to import from the US at least from Musicteck, your only dealer and distributor.

Does using the Q1 as usb dac to transport LDAC to another source generate some degree of audio latency/delay?

I plan to use it as LDAC Transmitter for my PC because there are not so many devices on the market that can do this.

Thanks

In our testing you are facing delay around 350 ms. Part of it is standard delay of LDAC (something around 250ms) and some additional processing on side of Q1(around 100ms).

The Q1 has Wi-Fi? That is a surprise! Very exciting.

Thanks for the continued development.

(Please consider bookmark support so the Q1 can also be used with podcasts/audiobooks)
Going by the m0, I wouldn't hold your breath on that one sadly.

Hopefully the occasional reminder helps but thanks for the idea to keep breathing. Sound advice :relaxed:

For the Q1 it might be more feasible than the M0 because it is bigger and has the hardware buttons. I am still using an ancient Sansa Clip+ for audiobooks and would love to use the Q1 instead. No need for fancy formats or DRM, just the ability to save bookmarks on MP3 files would do the trick.

So, the Wi-Fi part is pretty cool. I have only just looked at the web server. Is there ftp access? Webdav? sftp? SMB? Is there a way I can access and drag & drop via my file explorer?

The web server runs on the Q1. Using a web browser on another device you can connect and upload/delete/rename single items.

No ftp, webdav, sftp, smb.

It works simple and straightforward. Would have been nice if you could have sorted the file list.
