I just received my Shanling M6 Pro. I have a list of 5000 plus Wav files songs and when I try to scroll up or down it takes me 3 to five swipes. I have a Shanling Q1 and with the same SD card/library of songs I have no issues scrolling up or down. Is this normal?Introducing Shanling M6 PRO

I no have problems with scrolling
You have this when you pause the music with the physical button on the left and after a few seconds resume it again, but there is no sound. Music plays, but no sound. You need to pull out and reconnect the connector

Has any of Shanling m6 pro users compared it to the AK Alpha?
Is anyone have problem with spotify ?
I set my download storage to my microsd, and download lots of songs. But today, when i turn on my m6 pro, all my downloaded songs gone, and storage return to internal storage. When i open file explorer, i can see those downloaded files, but when i switch storage to microsd again, its starting download the files again and files that already exist is gone.

We are working on this issue with Spotify. Meanwhile we can recommend to use only internal storage for it.
Okay, thank you for your confirmation, so its a bug. Will using internal storage than. Although internal storage is limited
.another question, is shanling stock media player not support MQA or 24bit ?
i have file MQA and 24bit, but in shanling media player detected as 16bit, but using USB Audio player (and foobar on desktop), detected as 24bit.

nevermind, just reset library and rescan all folder, now it can detect 24bit.
If i replace file, with same name, but with difference properties ( first a 16bit file, and delete dan copy the file with mqa 24bit), it's cannot detect and update it's library, still using library from 16bit file. So i have to delete library and rescan all folder again. So update library not working for a file with same file name, but difference quality.

@Shanling Hi, is SE usibg single DAC or both DAC active in the SE?
On M6 Pro you can switch between single and dual DAC for SE in the quick access menu or in Audio settings.
may i know, when m6 pro will get android 9 ? others competitor already using android 8 and up. hopefully with GMS
I'm in no hurry for updated versions, I would rather have a time- tested polished one
Hello. Heard someone maybe shanling m6, m6pro, dx 220 someone could comment on how to play them in relation to yourself?
Unfortunately right now I can't tell you anything about this, when or if it will come.
