I tried resetting it and leaving it on charge for 3 days straight but no sign the battery will charge. Bought it from eBay but luckily the seller will take it back. Going to cost me to send it back to China. Never again.Really strange, did you tried basic trouble shooting as different cable/charger?

Our players are not certified for MQA, so no MQA playback from Tidal.
So no mqa, even from my music?

We have really good distributor in UK, they take care of such problem swiftly and without problems.

No MQA at all.

I'm a reviewerr, but I have a question
Can M2X send digital signal to Mojo?
Also does it work with higher bitrates with Tidal?
I'm trying to get things to work for my review, and currently am unsure if I am even trying to do the right thing, as in, if it is supposed to do this

Yes, it can send signal to Mojo without problem. Just plug in matching cable and you are good to go.
Tidal si limited to CD quality.

Can you tell me if anything happened before it got this problem? Did you switched to different charger or something? Or out of nowhere?

I have contacted the seller, but haven´t recieved any answer yet.
I have used the same charger the whole time i have owned it. The only difference i can come up with is that i haven´t used it for about two weeks. Before that i have used it nearly every day since it arrived.

Emailed the Canadian distributor but not looking promising. They responded with a very short reply simply asking if I was a dealer. I replied I was an end user and never heard back from them. So I am going to assume the M2X is not going to have any dealers in Canada.

I realize that this is going to sound like a silly question, but the M2X is the first DAP I have owned that has WiFi and Bluetooth functions. If I get a bluetooth speaker, can I then use the M2X to wirelessly transmit music to the speaker? And, if so, are there any features that the bluetooth speaker needs in order for it to work with the M2X? Thanks so much for help with these questions.

If you have Bluetooth speaker, you can connect M2X without problem, same way how you connect your phone.

Greetings!
I'd like to know what file (type and bitrate), settings, and headphones/IEMs were used for testing the claimed battery life for both SE and Balanced Out. I'm interested in buying the M2X, which, for my case, will be used to listen to DSDs and FLACs through a HiSenior B5+ IEM that has 20ohms of resistance. I only listen at moderate to low volumes. I'm curious if your 10.5/7.5hr playback time could be stretched further given my usage.

Should be using WAV 16/44, Shanling ME100 on standard listening level(not sure exactly which setting was it on M2X), BT and Wi-Fi off, screen off 99% of time.
