A Sennheiser marketing rep on Head-Fi won't be able to do a lot other than suggest contacting customer support.

If anyone has a genuine complaint about a Sennheiser product after pursuing all the other routes I'd suggest writing a strongly worded letter or email to one or all of these people.

As of January 1, 2023, the operational business of the Sennheiser Group will be managed by a team of six: The new Executive Management Board (EMB) includes Greg Beebe (Executive Vice President Professional Audio), Ron Holtdijk (Executive Vice President Business Communication), Ralf Oehl (CEO Georg Neumann GmbH), Steffen Heise (CFO), Dr. Andreas Fischer (COO) and Markus Redelstab (CTO). Peter Claussen and Thomas Weinzierl, who were previously COOs responsible for Professional Business and Supply Chain, will also remain on the EMB before their respective retirements in the course of the years 2023 and 2024. In the intervening period, they will gradually hand over their operational tasks and extensive knowledge to the new EMB. In the future, Co-CEOs Dr. Andreas and Daniel Sennheiser will primarily focus on corporate management and strategy development and devote more time to customers, while the other EMB members will manage the operational business. Yasmine Riechers and Mareike Oer complete the leadership of the Sennheiser Group as an extended management team, representing the Corporate Development Office and Brand & Corporate Communication.

Will write more detailed impressions later but after 2h of an intensive listening, I like the ie900 a lot. There is some special synergy with the sp1000 that gives a very balanced, airy, spacious and analog sound.
The Twilight and the ie900 couldn't be more different in tuning but for now the ie900 are fighting very bravely:)

Ps. These earhooks are horrendous. Whoever thought this would be a good idea with such small iems should be forced to wear this cable non-stop for a month.

I like the earhooks, have zero complaints about them.
But the sound is even more to my liking.

Hello. I'm torn between Sennheiser ie900 and ie600. I can not decide. ie600=$550, ie900=$1300. These are the best prices I could find in my country. Which one do you think I should buy? Is it worth paying a lot of money for ie900? I would be glad if you help. Thanks.

Even though I never had a listen on the ie600, I would go for the IE900 if you can afford it. To me it is perfect from bass to treble. I got mine at release and I am always eager to put them on ever since the first day.

If I were you, $1300 = IE600 + a DAP or portable DAC such as Mojo2 :D

I have a dap. Fiio m11 pro. But i have no mojo 2😅
You might want to consider upgrading your DAP or opting for the Mojo2 for desktop usage! :D Don't get me wrong, I'm fond of the 900, but at half the price, the 600 seems more reasonable. Unless you're particularly drawn to the 'unique' tuning of the 900, the mainstream tuning and affordability of the 600 would likely be a better fit.

Whether is worth paying the price for IE900, only you can decide.
For me, IE900 was clear better than IE600.
Better bass, better midrange - I found the (generally criticized) dip being ideal for metal, while the IE600 sounded too shouty here.
For the highs, again IE900 is the winner, more detailed, more refined and not being too energetic/fatigue, just at borderline sometimes.
But I would'nt have paid the price for IE900 if not discounted under 1000 usd.

There is no dip, all frequencies are exactly how the Sennheiser Wizzards planned them to be.
