even i dont regret paying 600 for them. i love them so much. was listening to a trance playlist with these and was absolutley forgetting time and was totaly lost in to the music. i really hope everyone enjoys them as much as i do.

Welp, prime day did it. Up and got the HD660S2. I'll be selling the HD560S and an IEM to help cover costs. Looking forward to what will hopefully be my ideal HD-series head**phone.

this song is purely amazing on the 660s 2. this is my first headphone where joacims voice didn't overpower the headphones. and drums and guitars sounded cristal clear. i am mindblown what these headphones are capable of

I had to bite when I saw that price. I've used and enjoyed the 660S for most of the past year - I'm looking forward to comparing and seeing which will be the keeper for me.

Usually "sale" prices on something I've recently bought set my frugal constitution aflame, but I'm okay with it in this case. Although I'm having a hard time rationalizing just why...maybe I'm just getting older. It will be interesting to see what happens to the used market when at least some of those who jump onboard the s2 train and don't like them. I tend to think that if you are in the 650 camp there is a better chance of falling for the s2 than if you are in the 600 camp. I could be wrong.
