This one is a good deal or not?

I think its an OK price without the speedball upgrade.  I'd find more info about the tubes it has.  that might sway the value factor

What is your final amp? Crack or Novo better? The problem with Crack is I don't have the skill to DiY and no one can help me neither. Budget only $200. and $250 is my maximum. Hopefully able to get some amp that doesn't cost a bomb for shipping to my country. Or Crack is definitely the best?

My hunch say that Crack would be a better choice. Its tube rolling capability. Plus it doesn't require match paired tube.
It is like having different amps when you change tubes. Mullard & Sieman --they are different.
Mullard is more romantic but Siemans is more on hifi sound
Plus you can add the speedball upgrade
From my understanding, it can even use 6922 tubes but the socket needs to be change.
So you indirectly have many tweaking mechanism here
If i am not mistaken , from Tyle from  inner fidelity find it the sound coming from Crack ( without speedball) is pretty hard to distinguish the quality
   when compared to   WooAudio 3.

Many good reviews  saying crack  is compatible with   Hd600 & HD650 & HD800  . It can even drives other headphones as well
To be able to make HD800 sings, well that is something, really something for that price range.
HD800 is well known for its finicky attitude.

120 volt or 240 volt ? if you are planning to reduce the voltage..you need a good transformer

I don't know that need reduce the voltage etc. So this means get more item to complete the build? Gosh... Complicated.

the best way is to purchase the 240 transformer  from crack headquarters.
exchange it with the 120v transformer inside it. that would not be complicated.
Go to an electrical shop & ask them to do it for you if you are afraid doing it yourself.

If he's selling from U.S, then the amp will be 120v. If you are in Europe then you will need a step up transformer to 240v.

I see... Thanks for the clarification. :D Maybe gonna get UK or Europe assembled as advised by kamalz or build on my own is my option then.
