Which would pair better with a set of Sennheiser HD 700's?

Bifrost/Lyr     vs     Bifrost/Valhalla      vs      Bifrost/Asgrad 2     vs Woo Audio 7

I'm using the Bifrost/Lyr on the HD 700 and it's amazing. Check out the HD 700 thread. You'll see a lot of people are very happy with this combination.

HD700 doesn't need lots of power. Either the Asgard/Valhalla with the bifrost would be a good match.

I am running the HD700s from a Bifrost/Asgard 2 combo. I like it very much. I do think the HD700s could use a lil more warmth and a bit of the treble could be a lil more tamed, so perhaps instead of an Asgard, the Lyr could be a better fit. But I still like the Bifrost/Asgard2 combo. My HD650s definitely like the combo. The Bifrost with the Uber Analog upgrade is definitely a worthwhile DAC for these headphones.

The HD700 needs a more refined amp, the lyr is for raw power in my opinion.
