God tier earbuds they are.
I have the new version (bought directly from Taobao official store) and I must say that the build quality is better than what other owners mentioned about. Maybe it is because I got the new version I guess.

I got the newer version last week as well. Perhaps mine was an older stock (I ordered from Penon). I don't mean to knock the build quality (that seems perfectly fine). It was more the inconsistencies in the build that bothered (if that makes any sense) and that they already came scuffed.

As one can see, the rubber ring clearly does not block any of the Mojito's opening, coupled with Monk+ foams, the fit is perfect for me.

I'd love to try the rubber rings + red/blue MP foams on my Mojitos. Seems the concensus is MP foams to begin with.
VE doesn't sell the EX pack separately do they? It's easier to get a MP+EX pack yes, but my buddy already bought the Zen and will offload his free Monk+ anyway.

I've found that the right earbud rattles.  Quite unfortunate.  Are any of you other Mojito owners experiencing any rattle in one or both buds?

Is my mind playing tricks or is the Mojito better when driven through higher gain? I hear a fuller, more rounded bass, and the mids and treble remain excellent.

Power hungry little fellas eh? Mojo is a good combo, but the QP1R with medium gain is a home run.

Mine is also same combo, Mojo + Mojito/Zen2/HD650 , but i use the other cable, i feel that has better details and sound quality.
